Carmin was absolutely wonderful. My parents have purchased multiple cars from her in the past which led to my desire to purchase my first new car with her. She was wonderful in showing us the vehicles we were interested in and talking through the various options with each vehicle. At no point did I feel like she was pressuring me to choose any option or make immediate decisions. I truly could not have had a better experience buying a car.

Nice people. But Nickle and dime customers with "mandatory" shop charges and fees to process credit cards. So a coupon for a $70 oil change costs you about $77, or 10% more than the coupon that brought you in.
