Dove 2 hours because I thought I was about to purchase a low mileage CPO, as advertised on Auto Trader and the dealer web site. When I arrived to the dealership I was informed that the car was being sold as-is and it was not a CPO vehicle. Should have known better to go to a Chevy dealership for a used vehicle. My trip up there yesterday should have been a phone call informing me that the car was no longer available, not luring me to the dealership to trap me into buying something else. I showed up to look at a Ford focus I requested to see online and over the phone. Chris is the best salesman ever! He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want and was very patient with me while I went back and forth with myself. In the end I left with the suv I was going to buy in September anyway. There was absolutely no pressure and the price was below what I would have paid at most dealerships. Especially in my area! This was my first time bringing my truck to Spitzer Chevy for service. I normally go to another Chevy dealership, but I was trying to find somewhere closer for Service Everything went great during my visit, but after I left, I discovered that my hitch had been removed from my truck during the service appointment. I won't go into all the details, but after retracing my steps and contacting multiple parties, I was able to confirm that the hitch was on the truck when it was at Spitzer but not after I left.
