They will NEVER stop calling and emailing, it could be months, even a year. ****, some random sles person kept calling me and asking for ****, not my name. I had simply texted the dealership to ask if a vehicle was available, said I would not give my name or email, and did not want to be contacted. Every day a new phone call. Waiting on service for over a month, and they cannot provide me with a diagnostic email. I will never go to them for a new car or service again!
VERY POOR EXPERIENCE!!I responded to a tv ad for a ***** ****lease for $119 a month. Spitzer wouldn't even say if they had a ****- they insisted that I come in with my trade in. They then did a "bait and switch"- they gave me an "upgraded" vehicle- an LS to an ******* $119 a month became $259-more than twice the amount. This price included the $3800 for my trade in. Spitzer held me "hostage" for 3 hours!When my wife called, she was told I was "unavailable". The service manager wasn't even allowed to talk to me about another ... read more

I've purchased cars from them in the past ,but will never again . I called and ask what does a perqualication mean that I received . The next thing I knew I had 4 hard enquiries on my credit report I DID NOT AUTHORIZED SPITZER TO RUN MY CREDIT . THIS IS FRAUD
They judge you by a number. Horrible customer service. Don’t go here if your not an 800 score. North Jackson Ohio location
