Don't come here for an oil change, you will be here for 2 hours waiting!!!! THEY HAD SEVERAL PEOPLE CARS READY BUT PUT MINE TO THE SIDE FOR THE OTHER FOLKS JUST TERRIBLE!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THE TECHS ARE TOO SLOW!!!!
Dave, Jordan, and Jody were amazing to work with! We couldn't be happier with the whole process and our vehicle. Thank you!
The second vehicle I have purchased at Spitzer chevy in Northfield and I was taken care of professionally again. Jammie went the extra mile for me. Thanks 😊
Had a great experience with a recent purchase of a Chevy Silverado. The staff was prompt, courteous and overall very helpful. There was no haggling as the price was already lower than any competitive dealerships, and they offered me a great interest rate which was 2% less than one dealership that was playing games with me before visiting Spitzer. The salesperson Breauna was great to work with throughout the process. I would highly recommend Spitzer Chevy Northfield.
Had a great experience, Maxx was our salesman. He went out of his way to make sure we were taking care of. We basically did everything over the phone and drove over in the morning to buy our new Z71 traverse. Super fast and great friendly people. Thanks for making our new car experience so great.
