Purchased a 23 suburban and had to engine go. We have no timeline for repair and was given an equinox as a courtesy vehicle. They refuse to give a third row even though I have 4 kids in carseats and they have a few listed on their used site. I was offered $35 a day for rental, the cheapest third row rental is $70 a day and this could be a months long issue. Horrible customer service.
Do not deal with these people, they will rip you off the first chance they get.
Recently, my brother purchased a Dodge Durango, and I cannot say enough about the great customer service that we received from the top to the bottom. In particular, Krista Zameroski was phenomenal. She listened to our financial concerns, she worked with the finance company and secured the best possible loan to fit his budget. She was trustable, honest and straight forward with the details. I highly recommend this car dealership as they strive to satisfy you in all aspects as the customer!
