I brought my car in for emergency repairs and they took care of everything from getting it covered under my extended warranty to keeping me up to date on what was being repaired and when it would be completed. I really appreciate all that they did to take care of my vehicle.
I bought my first car from Spitzer and I was treated good the sales man really got me the best deal I could’ve gotten with my credit score. That’s not it tho here’s the messed up part they told me when I bought the car they would change the oil for free 1 or 2 times i forgot but i took my car there when i needed the tune up i even called and asked if it was still free she said yes just to give them my name and itll be done well guess what they charged me 80$ thats normal but i was lied to it was supposed to be free i couldve... read more
