Update: The paperwork side of things did NOT go smoothly. They estimated 8 weeks for my title work. At 8 weeks, I called them and they said the correct paperwork hadn't been filed for it, and I'd have to come back in to sign additional paperwork (1.5 hour round trip, and it needed to happen during my work hours). When I did, they passed me two copies of the same paperwork with signatures swapped (they apparently didn't know which one was going to be needed). That seemed sloppy to me.
