Great experience I had a great experience buying a Kia at Spritzer. From the hello at the door to Rob in finance, everyone was top notch. Dan Deely was professsional in everyway in answering our questions, and walking us through the purchase process. He's one of the good guys in auto sales. Excellent experience! My grandson and I decide to go car shopping and came to Spitzer Kia on State and Brookpark. Ms. I knew that I wanted to buy a Kia before I even arrived however the way that I was welcomed by Max made the experience one of the best I have had purchasing a new car. Best Kia Dealer in town I had a great experiance with this Dealer ship and the salesman Jose He went out of his way to make sure I got what I wanted. and the rest of the staff was great too we even helped another salesmen sell a car to a customer that was aking us questions while I was waiting for my new car to be preped and deliverd.
