Chiming in to say that while the rental buildings are nice, Karen Miller is indeed a horrendous property manager. Despite the company replying a few days ago and saying that they don’t work with her, they clearly do, because she is the person they have hired to manage their properties and interact with their tenants. (She has an employee page on their website, etc) If you’re buying a home with these guys, they might be great, but be careful if you plan to rent. Aleen was great. This was our first home purchase and she was always there for us, answering questions and relieving our anxiety. She listened to our criteria and price point and had patience as we looked at many homes. She helped us negotiate a fair price and was there at the inspection to help us with any concerns. We could not be happier!
