Took my elder client today for follow up care and receptionist was absolutely rude and unbearable woman . All but outright called my 78 year old previous patient a liar regarding his Medicare card . Was hostile moment we walked in with dirty looks and not happy we came 20 minutes early. Not only was I embarrassed for us I was embarrassed for her.
