This company was cleaning my pool for for months and was extremley un professional. I started out with a pool full of algae and they helped me clear it, however I spent a lot of money on chemicals to complete the task. They did brush and vacumin and chemically treat pool tiles for first two months just fine. They said my filter needed changing and charged double the price of pool supply store. RecommendedThe original reason I chose Spiro Custom Pools over the other companies I met with is because they were the only company that listened to what I wanted and were able to sketch the perfect design for my unique space. Now that the pool is completed I am so thankful I chose them as their workmanship is superior! Their attention to detail is unlike any other pool company. Also, they are honest, reliable and very helpful through the process . We are so happy with our pool and spa! Thank you so much!
The company is unreliable, never attended site when promised. The only time they do any work is when someone rings the office to complain about the lack of progress. They dug out for the pool shell and left the soil in the garden and now there are trees growing up out of the unsightly mountain of soil. Being worked in the construction industry for the last 60 years, his company is possibly the worst and so disorganised I have come across in a long time.
Spiro did a superb job. We have enjoyed our pool as if we were on a permanent vacation. We could not be happier. I also want to mention that we interviewed 11 pool companies and chose Spiro, that should speak volumes.
