I have never been treated so horrible by a doctors office! I waited a month for an appt finally got there, filled out all the paper work which were dinosaurs, and then they asked for my copay. Now I know they are an in network facility so I gave my 10.00. The receptionist said they are not in network and I owe 35. So I asked them to call the United Health care to verify, They refused. Plan to spend a lot of time waiting to see this Doctor. After waiting 90 minutes for a 9:30 appointment I walked out. This was not the first time this happened. Booked new appointment with another Doctor in this practice. Only time will tell if overbooking of patients occurs again.
