I brought in a pre-purchased Easter basket for a name embroider. The name was embroidered in the wrong color when I called and spoke to Libby she recognize the color was wrong based on my order sheet. She offered to refund the price for the embroidery. She said it was not possible to pull out the stitching on my bag and replace with the correct color.
