Visited in 2005. I have not visited since then. It is a very peaceful place that allows for reflection and time alone with God.�
Very spiritual and rewarding experience with family.
A place to find peace and comfort and learn about the history of the shrine and faith of the surrounding area.
It is a place where the spirit of God is felt. The calmness and serenity of the grounds while its lush forestry envelopes you as no place can.
Especially if you grew up in this area and live an hour or so away, consider a retreat or just a day on the grounds. <3
