A nurse had me sign a Confidentiality agreement in which the nurse cannot speak of what goes on in my household, that also includes what we say to her. Cops showed up during that meeting to have me do a photographic lineup, she then went to her employer and then told them everything that happened during that time which in result broke me confidentiality agreement and left me with no home wound care at all.
