My husband and I have really enjoyed the food and service from Spirited Food. Their AIP selection has been a healing experience. I have been dealing with many medical issues the last few years and finding this service has been a true blessing. Other larger food service companies don't offer an AIP selection. I’m not a cook and following the AIP protocol is very time intensive. Spirited Food has saved our sanity as well as our tummies! :0) Thank you for doing what you do.
The food is so high quality and just so yummy! I am fairly picky about how my food tastes and I can say I enjoy each and every bite of this wonderdul chef prepared food. The chicken is mouth watering and truely melts in your mouth. The chef has little special touches with each meal and this does not go unnoticed by this foodie! I’ve tried several times to find a solution for my needs with this company. Conceptually this company is great, but logistically it’s a nightmare and everything taste the same. Update; the second portion of my order was never delivered and the client rep argued that the mishap was my fault then once collecting all the info granted the refund for the food that never arrived. Their customer service is horrible, save yourself the grief.
I ordered for delivery Oct 1, it never got delivered to my place. I called to see what was happening, and I was sent to voicemail. I never received a call back, a refund, or my food. EDIT: Spirited Food reached out and is in the process of refunding me + giving a discount to try again, so I've increased my rating based on their customer service. I'll update again once I've ordered food!
