I have been seeing Laird for help with correcting my off balance walking as I recover from back surgery. He is highly skilled and compassionate. He listens to me when I describe my symptoms and gives me feedback on how to modify my exercises to get the most benefit. He is a gifted therapist.
Michelle and her team at Spirit Winds have helped me a few times over several years with physical therapy needs. Their hands on approach has helped me with recovery from a back injury and another period when I had balance difficulties due to a neurological disorder.
