I am glad this place was recommended to me. It is a little hard to find if you are driving down Manchester. But, I now I have a place I can trust to have my car fixed right the first time at a good price. Tabitha was nice enough to come out and give me an estimate. I did not have an appointment but I came a long way to get it and she stopped what she was doing to accommodate me. I did not know you need an appointment. Joe was the gentleman who worked on my SUV. He knows his stuff. This is a family business. It really shows.
Got my truck in and got her fix as good as new. Had to get some extras approved from insurance and knocked it out. Very thankful for the quality of workmanship and finding the extra items. I would recommend as they did a great job!
Called to question estimate and was given attitude and told that Tracy is the one that has been in business for 30 years. When I asked questions I was told that she didn't need to argue with me. Also important to note that they don't go by Better Business Bureau ratings unlike the rest of America. I would steer clear. 1/9/25 update - 6 years later the vendor responds saying they don't have record of our interaction. You aren't going to have record of a phone conversation from 6 years ago and my estimate was in my wife's name... read more
Don't waste your time. I had to deal with people who had better things to do. They didn't follow through with my claim and then LIED about why. Go there at your own risk but I'm sure you can do better anywhere else...... Thanks for responding 10 years later.
