Make sure you follow up on your their work. When they gave me an estimate, they told me they were planning to buy new parts and paint them, but instead they repaired the damage parts instead. They never called me to tell me they were changing the way they were going to fix the car and didn’t say anything when I picked it up. I have always used spirit West because they’re the best. Customer service is unmatched. I love getting to pet Ash and give her treats when I go in there. Also, she’s my favorite employee there!
I had my car towed here after an auto accident because of their past reputation. It was phenomenal in the past, but when the owner relationship changed, it turned out to be a horrible situation. This lady who currently owns it with her dog, she is very bitter. She is conniving and unprofessional. I would not trust my car to be towed here!
