All the people in the office are great to work with. They go out of their way to help you with your issue.
The body shop did great work on my car. Independent repairs could have repaired it but Spirit West gave it back to me as good as new.
I have yet to see the results of their work as they continue working longer on my vehicle than they estimated and they are not proactive in the slightest about communicating back to me with the status of my vehicle when the day rolls around that they say they expect to be done by. The day has been pushed back 3 times now, and it’s looking like a 4th. The customer service I’ve experienced so far has been terrible.
