I have always used spirit West because they’re the best. Customer service is unmatched. I love getting to pet Ash and give her treats when I go in there. Also, she’s my favorite employee there!
I had my car towed here after an auto accident because of their past reputation. It was phenomenal in the past, but when the owner relationship changed, it turned out to be a horrible situation. This lady who currently owns it with her dog, she is very bitter. She is conniving and unprofessional. I would not trust my car to be towed here!
