I had an excellent experience. The estimate was prompt, the scheduling was smooth, and the price was fair. The crew arrived on time and promptly ran into a challenge - the house-to-power-pole lines that ran through the tree were comm lines that the city couldn't remove. They worked carefully around them, despite the fact that the lines ran right through the tree coming down.
