Awesome experience with the most amazing staff. Everybody chipped in to make for a great experience. Shout out to Sheryl and Maria, the manager and our waitress, for making my significant other and I's date completely memorable! Definitely booking again!
The Jazz Cruise is a 20 year favorite and I am so happy that it has returned to the Spirit. HOWEVER, they need to tighten their game — boarding on time, food (good - not enough for the folks on board, including no dessert on our level and no coffee). Wait staff was just a little overwhelmed. If they can get these things taken care of — I will do another 20 years! I have faith — Clive is in charge and he will get it done!
