I went yesterday, Friday 10/12. Apparently they were busy all day and it showed in their work. � other than the outside that was washed by the machine, the crew yesterday did a horrible job, windows weren’t cleaned, more like smeared. I paid $34 for interior clean and it totally wasn’t. They were too busy playing grab ass with each other. Used to be a REALLY good place to go where they seemed to care about their work. This is the second time for me with poor work. I won’t go back for a 3rd.
I heard the oil change side and car wash sides had been sold separately, but whoever ended up with the car wash side has let it go to sh!t. I only had the interior of my car done and once I got out of my car and used the bathroom, as soon as I came out, she said your cars done!! Like 3 minutes! My all weather floor mats were only vacuumed, not wet scrubbed. My cup holders and door spaces were all still dirty. My wind shield had streaks all over it. Their sign states its 40 for the super interior package I pulled up and they said it was going to be 54 because I wasn't going to do the car wash and the girl acted like they didn't even want my business because they were short handed
They don’t take time to clean each customer car the right way. Don’t clean rims don’t dry it completely I have to wipe it down when I get home.
The worst car wash I've had in all of my life. Please just give me my money back an you will never have to worry about me or my complaint again!!!!!
Very thorough group of young people. I have a couple of vehicles on the monthly program. I am extremely pleased with their work on my rides.
I enjoy talking to everyone who works here and they did a great job of detailing a car I was in the process of selling for the new buyer. I worked here for quite some time and the manager Steve is a good guy who always goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is taken care of. I know some people on these reviews are super negative but I know a lot of people like to complain for free stuff. I also don't know how folks talk down a company that is willing to fix mistakes or redeem themselves at no expense to the customer. ... read more
