I’ve been seeing Ezinne Iroku for almost a year now, and she’s truly changed my life. When I first started, I was struggling with ptsd, anxiety and depression. Within just a few months of CBT, she helped me completely shift my mindset and build real coping skills. My life has done a full 360 since then. She’s also been amazing at helping manage my ADHD and medication. Ezinne is compassionate, welcoming, and genuinely cares about her clients. I’m so grateful and I can’t recommend her enough.
