A word to the wise: if they tell you that Spirit ambulance is going to transport your loved one from the hospital to rehab, REFUSE!! They were supposed to pick Dad up at 6:30pm, then 7:30 pm then 9:00 pm. They never showed up to the hospital to get him until 10pm and by that time was to late to be admitted to Vancrest Rehab. So now Dad loses 1 day of rehab because of them! I WILL talk to the owner/manager on Monday!!This is poor, poor, poor service!!!

I really have enjoyed working with this company. The upper management makes it feel like a family around here and that they truly care about you. Unlike another transport company I worked for who said we EMS folks are a dime a dozen. Spirit really puts a loving spirit into this place.
I was in the first class and it was awesome. Made many new friends and learned many new things. Love the SMT employees they really wanna see you succeed and do great things.
