Guacira offers intuitive body work with reflections on emotional and spiritual factors at play. Her style of touch felt unique both soothing and as if she was communicating with the subtle body. I had a singing class immediately after my first session and felt my diaphragm relax in a way that I was able to embody a more full sound. I highly recommend experiencing her dynamic body work.
Guacira at Spirit in harmony did not JUST an AMAZING body work, but SPIRITUAL as well. DShe has being doing work on my body but it’s totally reflecting in a spiritual level. This woman is empowering, and her knowledge and energy has being changing my whole self. My life is just flowing and Guacira healing work is a huge piece of it. I write this review with so much gratefulness in my heart. And wish for more people to experiment all she has to give. Go get a massage, and you will know what I am talking about ;)
During a recent home move i injured my back carrying heavy boxes. It was the type of back pain that makes normal breathing painful. I met with Guacira and had a full body massage that focused mainly on the injured area. Drastic improvement was felt in less than 24 hours and in 48 hours i was carrying on life as normal. I highly recomend Spirit in Harmony and will visit again!
I was so blessed to receive a Watsu massage from Guacira. As a person who is living with/recovering from PTSD, it is often difficult for me to truly relax and just "let go" - especially when an experience involves touch. But, with Guacira, I was at ease immediately. As she moved my body through the water, I found that I was able to completely let go and just enjoy the sensations of the experience. I’ve been putting off this review because it’s hard to put this amazing experience into words. I had never experienced Watsu before and was thrilled to experience it in the hands of a true master. Guacíra’s intuition is matched with her joy and authenticity - it translates into a deep, magical and really moving experience. It helped guide me deeper into my heart and really let go of stressors that I was internalizing that were manifesting as pain. I feel so much better in so many ways.
Guacira is an excellent, highly skilled masseuse. Usually, I get back massages, but today I tried reflexology with Guacira. Her pressure techniques resulted in alleviating my stress and providing me with the feeling of inner peace and happiness. Her hands are magical as she transmits her positive energy. I was blessed to be able to experience several Watsu water therapy treatments from Guacira on my recent visit to Boulder. Guacira has a heartfelt, grounded and healing energy. She truly cares about her clients and their well-being, and creates a safe space where healing can occur.
