Everything Dave said!! The individual employees who were sent to me were always fabulous friendly and professional however, communication and administrative issues with the company itself were always disorganized at best... :/
I am unable to give this company any star rating. Very bad communication issues with Kelly. Several calls was made to her and several voicemails was left for her to return my calls. Nothing. No response. When we signed on with them for health care for my daughter we was treated great, but with most companies like this, it was a front to get our business. We have used a few companies to provide service to my daughter and this one is by far the worst we have dealt with. A low rate operation. What a hassle. What a joke of servi... read more
