I only picked 1 star because this is the lowest star you can give. This place is horrible. They were supposed to make shirts, sweatshirts, etc for a state police class. Recruits, families, and friends placed orders and no one that I have spoke to has received their apparel. These orders were placed in November... It's February. They took our money and have given us no product in return! No answer when you call, no answer when you email. Nothing. Do not use L&M Spirit Gear!!
I probably should have read the reviews before I placed an order. Unfortunately I had to reach out after not receiving my order for 6 weeks. All I was told was that they were sorry for the delay and my order arrived a week later.
Horrible experience! Our school uses them & this is the second time they haven’t had my order. I have ended up with the wrong shirts because mine were given away! They were placed in a bag that said extra shirts when she knew someone’s order was missing.
I ordered my shirts 2 weeks ago go no notifications on when it will be done or if they have even done them and don't leave and email or try to phone them cause you won't get anyone to return your calls or even answer the phone. And they won't return your emails either. I don't recommend this place to anyone. If you want shirts done on time or right this is not the place it's ridiculous.
