I took my wifes 2021 Pacifica in because cruise control was not working.They only had to reprogram the system and ************ like new again.Very pleased with the service department there.They did this in a very timely manner-service advisor *********************** and service tech ****** will take care of you like they did us.They certainly have my future business. Thanks guys.

08/10/2023, called 2 days ago, to spirit chrysler, ******* *****. to have my car check for not working fuses in my car. I had taken my car to them about 3 weeks ago for 5 recalls per chrysler recalls. they only did 4 of the recalls.They were supposed to check for the blown out fuses then, they didn't, stated they didn't have an order. So I took the car back the following day, they stated they couldn't find exactly where the blown fuse was, it would take more time. I called Preston Service for an appointment to install a new skid plate on the bottom of my son’s 2010 Jeep Wrangler and to check on a fault code for the passenger-side anti-lock brake speed sensor. I dropped off the Jeep on the evening of 21 June. A few days later, I was told I also needed new parking brakes and cables and, ultimately, a brake lever, which I agreed to have them do. Went back to end my lease on April 30th 2023 and had the absolute worst experience. We schedule and appointment with maximus who I never saw when I showed up. Maximus told us it would be a quick in and out. It took 6 hours and we were not told anything about what we needed for the interaction. Got a different sales rep upon arriving and proceeded to waste my day They wanted to charge me 10k on a lease to buy option. We bought a 2022 Jeep Wrangler 4xe with the understanding that it had a 7500 dollar credit. The vehicle had no mark up what so ever so we payed sticker price so we thought. I was pleased that they offered to deliver the vehicle home as it’s about a 2 hour drive from where we live. My GF is excited and signs the paperwork before I arrive I look over the paperwork and I see that the 7500 dollars was added to the MSRP. Now instead of buying a 60k Jeep I payed 67k. by far the worst experience of my life with a car dealership, on dec 1 of 2021 i purchased a brand new ram 1500 longhorn limited , i came to the dealer with financing already approved by capital one , the sales boy went to check with his manager , and i was approved for 6 % they came back few minutes later offering me 3 % less if i go with a company named ally financial , i told then no thanks , and we proceeded to sign the contract , in this time i was moving from California to Colorado , but that would not take place till ... read more

This establishment is not trustworthy!!!! I am buying a car from this place and in less than 4 months I'm already having issues with it!! The car dies at random times. The backup camera already went out, engine is knocking! I went to the dealership to ask the salesman ****** for help resolving this issue and all he can tell me is to leave it with the service center and that they don't give loaner cars! They are NO HELP AT ALL!!!! Don't trust these snakes! They sell crappy cars for over inflated prices!!

have had a terrible time dealing with this dealership. More specifically E*** ********z, I’ve been calling for over 2 months trying to get them to take my car to get body work done. Its covered under warranty, and he's been ducking a dodging my calls, when I do get ahold of him. Its the same line, “ oh let me check with our body shop and call you back”, this has happened over 4 times and he's never once called me back. Don’t due business with them, especially service department
