I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Spirit Plus. The manager, ****** and Our sales *** *****, quite literally left my wife waiting as they went to get a haircut. Meanwhile, *****, another staff member, was not only pushy but effectively suggested I commit fraud by impersonating a family member to surrender a car just needing their social security. Do you know and I mean, do not ever ever use this place they are liars, Harass, you cuss you out and ask you to move them in the street so they can kick her ****. I am saying it in a nice way are the cuss words and all the threats I got by these people is ridiculous. I have put charges on them and I will continue to fight for whats right.

This business uses Bait and Switch Advertising. I receive a Giveaway Scratch Off type brochure from them in the mail. According to the scratch off and the website that confirmed my winnings, I won $2500 in cash. When I went into the business to claim my winnings I knew that I would have to listen to them try to sell me a car. Well i went in for the promotion that they are having. which was trade in your car pay off the loan you had to help you get into a new car .And then it turns out that they would not even do the promotion with me things were false when putting in my credit application. I called all week to try and get this problem fixed. All they would do was take my name and number so someone could call me back. I never got a call back. I took my wifes 2021 Pacifica in because cruise control was not working.They only had to reprogram the system and ************ like new again.Very pleased with the service department there.They did this in a very timely manner-service advisor *********************** and service tech ****** will take care of you like they did us.They certainly have my future business. Thanks guys.

08/10/2023, called 2 days ago, to spirit chrysler, ******* *****. to have my car check for not working fuses in my car. I had taken my car to them about 3 weeks ago for 5 recalls per chrysler recalls. they only did 4 of the recalls.They were supposed to check for the blown out fuses then, they didn't, stated they didn't have an order. So I took the car back the following day, they stated they couldn't find exactly where the blown fuse was, it would take more time. This establishment is not trustworthy!!!! I am buying a car from this place and in less than 4 months I'm already having issues with it!! The car dies at random times. The backup camera already went out, engine is knocking! I went to the dealership to ask the salesman ****** for help resolving this issue and all he can tell me is to leave it with the service center and that they don't give loaner cars! They are NO HELP AT ALL!!!! Don't trust these snakes! They sell crappy cars for over inflated prices!!

10/21/21 - went in with Intentions of getting car of my dreams by issah. I wasn't ready. He asked about refinancing. Let's see what you can do. He was able to make it happen. Making long story short. I came in with my 2018 Dodge Charger purchased back 2018 $36k/ No miles at 4.25% at payments at $429 and 75mo with warranty and cap.
