Rachel is an A.M.A.Z.I.N.G healer. I had never done reiki before and didn't know what to expect. The moment she lightly placed her hands on my shoulders I felt a massive 'wooosh' throughout my entire body. Right off the bat I knew it was going to be SO much more powerful than I could have imagined. I also really appreciated the time she took after to share some messages that were coming up as she was working on me. I'd highly recommend booking a session with her if you are considering it!
It was such a great massage! The massage therapist had a conversation with me beforehand about what my needs were and energy and let me know about how it would go. She did great at getting deep to the muscles and working out the tough spots. There was calming music playing and the room temperature was great maybe even a little chilly but it’s good for summer days! It was a little confusing finding the building so I recommend arriving early and calling for the door code - it’s the end door by the black building dispensary.
I met with Selena. I knew I needed something but had no idea what that something was. She called out a word during our session. I had no idea what it was...until 10 days later. The word was a heads up from the universe and possibly a game changer in my current situation. I am infinitely grateful that Selena chose to share her gifts. She is a rare, gifted talent for sure!

I've been multiple times and every session is AMAZING! They really listen to my body and focus on the areas that need it the most. I love that it's not cookie cutter, every session is different and so relaxing!!
