I had the best experience with Dr. Spires. He did an amazing job with my root canal. The staff were very friendly. They all made me feel welcome when I walked in. I got in fast with my appt. He explained everything to me as he was doing my root canal. I give him 5 stars all across. He’s the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I highly recommend Dr. Spires.
The doctor walked through each step that he was talking; he gave me options when there were any; he and his assistant were very pleasant and carried on conversations, answered my questions. He introduced himself with a welcoming handshake and again when he was departing after the procedure. The assistant was very informative and asked if I had any further questions. I had no wait time and was offered the restroom and bottle of water when I first entered the office.
Dr. Spires is the best Dentist I've ever had treat me.
Unprofessional. He doesn’t have a heart. Was in major pain after surgery. He wouldn’t return my phone calls and when he did he said he couldn’t treat the pain. He tells lies

Dr Joseph Spires and his assistants were courteous, professional, and provided educational insight to my visit. I felt very much at ease while I was there for my Root Canal Procedure. He just made it look easy !
Dr. Spires office is the best dentist/endodontic professionals I've met. He and his staff have a calming demeanor that puts you at ease the moment you walk in. They follow up before and after every appointment to make sure you know everything before coming in as well as to ensure you are doing ok after your procedure. I was nervous about having a root canal but Dr. Spires and his staff put me at ease from moment I walked in the door. They were all friendly, organized, and very professional. The doctor explained every aspect of the root canal procedure to me and what he was doing every step of the way. It was a pain free experience.
A great root canal! I had severe pain, and the one recommended endodentist was out for two weeks. Upon calling, his staff got together and saw me the same afternoon. Dr. Spires and his assistant stayed late to get me taken care of. Remarkable! I live almost 2 hours away, and will travel to him the next time I need something done. (hopefully not though) A++
