Cute Store but What's the Point? Spires is a cute store, but the employees do not have GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, so what's the point? I will say that they are helpful until you return or exchange an item. If I wanted a refund on my purchase with a receipt in my hand, will you refund my money? The answer is "NO." If I wanted to make an exchange on my purchase that was on sale and I have a receipt in my hand, will you allow an exchange? The answer is "NO." Satisfied customer I LOVE this store!! The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the merchandise is awesome!! I had to return an item that had been a gift and there was no problem! I had a gift receipt and was able to exchange my Vera Bradley Suzanni hipster for a Laura in the same pattern! Love my new bag!! Thank you to Karen, Linda and Mandy for helping me decide!! Next time I am getting a Trollbead bracelet!! This shop is a must see!!
OWNER VERY RUDE TO CUSTOMER. NOT A GEM OF A STORE! ***UPDATE: My wife contacted customer service at www.verabradley.com and they are sending her a prepaid label to return the item she purchased from Spires Interiors & Gift. Poor Customer Service Not very good customer service. They will not even issue a refund with the tags still on the Vera Bradley Bag and a receipt. You have to take a store credit.If they do not have the item you want and they have to order it, it takes forever to come in, even though they say a week. If you buy something for somebody else here, make sure it is what they want.
Charming store and staff! Spent a lazy summer morning in this lovely store with an absolutely charming young assistant named Kayla who helped me pick out a wonderful Vera Bradley purse and wallet in the new Symphony in Hue pattern. She introduced me to Lindsey Phillips flip flops and super cute ballet flats with interchangeable embellishments - I bought both! A Gem of a Store!!!! Loved them! They spent tons of time helping me to pick out just the right pieces of Vera Bradley to fit my needs. They rushed my monogramming & are a gem.
Spires Interiors & Gifts is not customer oriented. I purchased a Vera Bradley item and after a few days changed my mind & wanted to return it. I had the receipt but they wouldn't take it back w/o the tag. They should warn customers that they have to keep the tag if they want to return the item. I was not pleased. They wouldn't let me exchange it for something else, either.
Vera Bradley galore! Spire's is one of my favorite locations to visit during an outing on the square. They have a very specialized selection from soaps and lotions to the popular Spanks hosiery to dishes and place settings. I've heard they're one of the largest Vera Bradley retailers in Georgia, which is believable once you've seen their stock.
