When TurboTax failed me I turned to these guys/gals; three years and they are still the most efficient, trustworthy, and thorough. Tax season is already stressful enough, the staff at this company provides complex information clearly.
This company is very unorganized and unprofessional. You can't count on them to send out payroll at a timley manner. They took a nice little Christmas and New Years vacation and didn't bother to send out payroll until after they got back. This caused me to be late on rent. I talked to others that also use them for payroll and their having the same issues. I reached out to the company and they basically said sorry and went about their day.
