Just moved to area and we love yogurt so we thought we would try your store. Older lady behind counter not friendly at all. Wanted to try a couple of flavors and you would have thought I was asking to pull her teeth. Would not recommend this place to anyone nor will we be going back. People working for you can make or break your business. Maybe do something for her to make her happy or hire someone that likes working there.

My review is on the service I was given, which was terrible. I filled my cup with yogurt and went on to put on toppings. As I was doing so I dropped one or 3 on the counter but I picked them up. However the older lady at the counter kept making snide remarks at me even after I had cleaned it. Will definitely not be going back there.
Excellent options for frozen yogurt flavores. Love the seasonal options as well. Also provides several topping options; very well balanced. Something for everyone Also, the service is very personable!!

My wife and I are making it a weekly trip, the owners are very friendly, not to mention the best yogurt around! I was not a frozen yogurt fan until we moved to south Elgin and found this place.
