I had a pleasant experience while living in the building for 3+ years. Jimesh the building manager was communicative, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my move out experience was quite unpleasant. Pre move out inspections were performed during my work hours and the information they gathered wasn’t communicated to me. When I requested a quote they requested to re-enter my suite, once again during my working hours. I was not able to be home for either visit. EDIT TO ADD: Devon Properties replied to my review, I will not be contacting you further and wasting anymore of my time talking to your company about this as this review was to let people know to not rent here or deal with the management. Misleading ads and a waste of time to see their properties. Lots of better rentals/property management companies to deal with in Vancouver so save yourself some time and go elsewhere!
