It's barely been three months. I got a call today saying that I was inactive. I ask what does that mean, she said I could not longer call Spiras. I ask what happened, did I do something? She said it might be your coverage. I said my insurance hadn't changed, and you can't just change your insurance at any time, for most of us. I repeated my coverage to her, she said yes we still take that. I said what did they say, she couldn't tell me because she said they didn't say anything. They have helped with my medical care so much. They work with my primary doctor. They listen to me. Love them.
Horrible company.
When Spiras first started in our area for my Cowboy it honestly went fabulous. Kept him.out of the Doctor office and at home where he needs to be. Now over a year later we are still very pleased.. especially with Respiratory Therapist Jennifer C. & Catherine who have the Southeastern Indiana area.
