Edye is so good at what she does. I've been so grateful for her knowledge, training and experience. She works with my 87 year old mother too and has helped to improve her body movement and posture. Gyrotonics is a great tool for improving mobility and strength!
Edye is a wonderful instructor. She has a very relaxed attitude and she is very knowledgeable with movement. Her studio is very open and full of natural light. I encourage anybody who needs to open up their bodies to try this.
