The co-directors are very straight forward in their communication, they work with your schedule, and the pay rate for teaching staff is competitive with similar programs. They are truly collaborative in developing ideas for programming and curriculum. If you want to have an impact on the youth and communities in Philadelphia while addressing real social issues then this is the place for you!
