An earthy real organic community neighborhood place to get what I need to keep adding to my sustainable container garden. Staff are comfortable and helpful, loving and kind. I always enjoy that there’s music when Ive been there. Prices are reasonable. Money stays local. Good soil and nutritional amendments. Thank you!
This is one of my favorite places in Oakland. It’s magic comes from the owners... they’re fabulous and so knowledgeable about plants. They offer classes and even invite you to teach a class! Can’t wait to go purchase new plants from them again.
Awesome free classes, as well as plant selection. Even triple-frafted fruit trees for $70!
