My children and I just started going here. All 5 of us have had great experiences with the front desk, lab, medical assistants, physicians, and nurse practitioners. Very pleased!
What a great atmosphere, and staff was very polite and even though the whole area was having computer issues that day, the staff got patients out in a timely manner! Kavie was great at finding a stubborn vein i was having!
I can confirm you don’t want Stephanie lim, she is a complete joke. 10 days ago went in there feeling like hell, was told to go to Starbucks - most idiotic thing I’ve heard in a doctors office. Just now she decides to inform me I have strep, after all the condescension and dismissing what I said all along what I really needed was antibiotics (which is what I asked for from the start) and not a trip to Starbucks. Hey, if you’re feeling sick and think you should see a Doctor think again- waited 30 minutes to be told I should go to STARBUCKS and get a honey tea🤦🏻♀️ our healthcare has become so incapable they can’t even help you with a sore throat and instead of giving you medicine to help they direct you to fast food. So ridiculous.
