Celine and Carla were both amazing! From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcomed and taken care of. They’re super professional, friendly, and really know what they’re doing.

I had a terrible experience at SpinXpress Laundry and will not be returning. The customer service is absolutely unacceptable. There was no manager on site, which immediately became a problem when things went wrong. I loaded money onto a laundry card, and the funds never showed up. Instead of getting quick help, I was left waiting while the employee had to TEXT management just to figure out what to do. That alone tells you everything about how poorly this place is run.
