Charlie was helpful my entire visit with the machines and the process. I left part of my load and she retrieved it for me. So grateful for her assistance and commitment to her position. She has a smile the entire time I was in the laundromat.
Pedro’s Customer Service skills are the best. He is always very helpful, keeps the laundromat clean and is one of the friendliest employees.
Charlie was incredibly helpful during my first visit to the laundromat. She took the time to explain everything step by step with patience and kindness. She made what could have been a stressful experience so easy and welcoming. Excellent customer service and a great attitude I truly appreciate all of her help. I would recommend my friends to come here.
