There is this lady named Victoria, she was super nice to me and my mom whenever we're new to this place. My mom felt like she didn't know anything, but this lady really helped her. She helped her picking out the correct washing with the load, she has very great up sailing skills that she convinced my mom to buy one of her laundry bags so that we didn't have to carry trash bags. As far as laundry mats go….SpinXpress is in a league of its own!!! I have been here everyday and the place is immaculate, the employees are top notch. Had a great conversation with Victoria who was so friendly & nice. All the other staff I’ve interacted with were equally nice & helpful. The man from the morning shift explained how the system works, helped me get my card set up & even helped me bring my laundry inside. I am super impressed with this place & glad they are 24/7.
James Brian was extremely helpful. Its been 20 + years since I've been to a laundry mat and he helped me from start to finish it was a simple process. Brit was also so helpful and answered all my questions. Def recommend.
Brittany is always helpful and attentive, as well as the other staff! Every experience here is amazing minus the heat from the dryers but that's expected with doing laundry and wanting your clothes dry
