Celina... CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING
This was my first time visiting this laundromat, and I had a wonderful experience! Ms. Lisa went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. She took the time to show me how all of the machines worked, recommended the best machines to use to save money, and patiently answered all of my questions. The entire facility was very clean, and all of the machines were well-maintained. Great customer service like Ms. Lisa’s makes all the difference. I highly recommend this laundromat and will definitely be coming back!
Excellent service! This was my first time coming here and the store manager Lisa walked me through the steps of using the machines. The store is exceptionally clean and very well maintained by the staff. The staff is friendly and very approachable. If I need to go to the laundromat again this will be my go to place. Thank you so for all your help.
An amazing laundry facility! The manager (Lisa) was so welcoming & accommodating to us during our first visit here, and we'll definitely be returning. The whole establishment is VERY clean. Features: different capacity sized washers, cheaper dryers, vending machines, a designated kid's area, purchasable laundry detergents, comfy seating, and free popcorn bags at the front desk.
