I showed up this morning expecting basic service, but there wasn’t any employees around when I walked in. I needed help reloading a card because the machine was giving a error message and had to ask another customer how to do it. Eventually, one worker arrived and did what she could, and I could tell she was genuinely trying. Domy is one of y'all best employee , she is always happy to help, it is always so clean
When I arrived at this laundromat, there wasn’t a single employee on-site to assist customers. I actually needed to purchase a few extra supplies, but with no one at the front desk, I had no way to get what I needed. About 10 minutes later, an employee finally showed up and, to her credit, she did her best to help with what she could, explaining that she just got to work and apologized for the it being left unattended.
