machine broke on me. left my cloth Soaked with soap and bubbles. and they wouldn't give me a free cycle to rinse and and spin... now i had to pay two rounds on the dryer

Previously gave this place 5 stars but lately several staff keep touching customers clothes before they even get a chance to use machine or take clothes out which is unprofessional it’s already stressful enough dealing with everyone fighting over machines to have employees handle your clothes when they got greasy hands from eating popcorn all day. Don’t touch customers clothes give them a chance to remove or start machine not that hard .
Ariel was Super Helpful, kept everything in order and was a great multi-tasker when it came to all the customers in here! she does her job amazingly and keeps that Beautiful Smile on her face! yall are a blessed team and amazing people! She made my morning top tier i can never forget her! this store is AWESOME! i LOVE the Free Popcorn! 🥰and how clean those restrooms always are it’s the best comfort! ALL THE WAY 5STARS !!!
