Ted and Jennifer have been amazing property managers. They are very laid back and friendly. I recently moved into one of the homes they manage and have had to get a few things fixed. When I brought these maintenance items to their attention, they were very quick to respond and kept me updated as to when someone was coming by to repair what was needed. Moved into a rental from Spinner Properties and I have nothing negative to say! Ted was super thorough during the application process and flexible with viewing the property. Whenever I have questions or need anything fixed, he’s great a responding quickly and sending help over ASAP. Plus, the app used for requests and payments is easy to use.
It was a pleasure dealing with Spinner properties. Ted Yamagashi was the person who helped us through the whole process. He was very prompt and patient answering our questions and we did end up renting one of their properties. Will definitely refer them to others ! PS : Things don't change even after you have rented the place(not that common). They are prompt with taking complaints or handling issues even after we moved in. Kudos !
I highly recommend Spinner Properties. Ted and Jen helped me rent a condo on the Peninsula. They are highly professional, quick to respond and easy to communicate with.
