things in the apartment frequently break, the office never responds to emails when trying to communicate with them at all. not the best apartment but not the worst
I’ve been living here for about a year, and signed on for the next year because of how much I love the new management. Light years better than it was before. Happy upbeat people, happy to chat with you, helpful in anyway they can be. Building is clean, gym is well maintained, free laundry on site, vending machines on two floors, maintenance is done well and efficiently. Excited about the changes the new staff is putting in place, can’t wait to see what they do!
I love living in spinner place! The price of the apartments is very good compared to other places to rent in the area. Maintenance is quick and efficient, usually up either same day or the next day for maintenance requests. They recently switched management and new management has been amazing! They’ve really been turning this place around since they took over. Looking forward to continuing to live here!
Great they figured it out
