This place is an absolute disaster. The custodians seem to have disappeared weeks ago for whatever reason, and the halls, laundry rooms, and trash rooms haven’t been cleaned since. The carpeting in the hallways is filthy, the laundry rooms have broken machines and garbage all over the floors, and the trash rooms have garbage piled so high that you can barely open the doors to some of them. completely unhelpful and ridiculously expensive! I have tried to get in contact with management and been completely ignored by office staff constantly throughout my time living here. The rooms are ridiculously small and the office staff I find is often rude. I asked for clarity on a $12 monthly charge as I have renters insurance already and also asked to get the rooms switched on my lease for the entire time and have been told oh we will get back to you. Love this place! Stayed here a while back, really enjoyed being right downtown in a great apartment
The floors are as hard as a rock and your walls might as well not exist. I live on the sixth floor and can clearly hear conversations happening on the street. Jets, trains, and trash trucks consistently torment you as you try to sleep. The employees are rockstars and the anonymity’s are helpful. It is very affordable to live here, and you are close to everything. Having the place fully furnished is great. FYI, the mattress they give you is extremely firm.
