Terrible experience trying to receive our security deposit back from Spinner Place. They do not return phone calls or emails. Completely unprofessional.
After-hours/emergency phone numbers do not work! The emergency after-hours line has calling restrictions that prevent the completion of the call. Dialing the office number, option 2 (resident experiencing a lock out) just rings, no one answers and there is no option for a voicemail. This is the second time we have needed assistance after hours and still no one can be reached.
Spinner has improved significantly in just the past month since the new management took over. The people in the office with the last management team were impersonal and a couple of them acted like you were annoying them by even trying to talk to them, and office hours were only from 10-3 (when the vast majority of residents are either in class or working).
