I lived in the Corset Factory for three years (moved out in 2015). The physical space of this apartment complex is beautiful and in general I enjoyed living there. However, the management company/leasing office (Spinnaker Real Estate Partners in South Norwalk) is the WORST I have ever dealt with. Rude, arrogant, incompetent, unprofessional, poor communication skills, generally unavailable and unhelpful. BEWARE they also manage the new IRON WORKS buildings.
