Spinnaker Management (******************* Property Management Office) are deadbeats regarding our neighbor disputes despite our paying the *** fees every month. The structures/walls here are notoriously thin due to cheap building materials such as wood instead of concrete. The tenant below our unit needlessly runs their bathroom vent/fan for several hours at a time, for no reason other than to harass us because we had previously made it known that it should only be used sparingly/when necessary due to the fact that it shakes... read more

I've lived in a Spinnaker managed property for the past five/six years and had overall never had much of an issue. Surely things have occurred and generally have been addressed in a relatively effective manner.A few days ago, I was attacked on the property by a fellow tenant in an act of apparent road rage and homophobia. After contacting the police and talking with a few friends who were on the board about the situation...they told me to contact the management office. These people are unethical, unprofessional, snarky LIARS. The dude that is responsible for my HOA property management is a BOLD FACE LIAR. He LIES and tells residents that the TOXIC PESTICIDE applications are 'fertilizers', REFUSES to correct his comments to residents and doesn't give a rats butt about the fact that the WARNING LABEL on these products specifically state HAZARDS TO HUMANS AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS.
