Love the unit, but even after a renewed lease, repairs have STILL not been made that should have been completed soon after move in, 14 mos ago. The maintenance guys are nice, but must be overburdened. There are some really nice people, but a lot of kids in this neighborhood are downright crazy. -It has taken up to 2 weeks to get a toilet unclogged (boy did that smell!) -2 weeks to get AC fixed -Over 2 months to get pest control inside the unit.
