The absolute worst place you can possibly live. The walls are paper thin. You will hear noise constantly from above. Spinnaker completely refuses to do anything about addressing the noise. They play Captain conservative and refuse to protect their tenants. Living here is absolute hell on earth. Do NOT live here. You will regret it immediately.
Location is sweet, apartments are spacious and have nice layouts...BUT- building is old and poorly ventilated. Rather musty with old/stained carpets & popcorn ceilings in hall. If you're allergy prone/asthmatic, i would not recommend living here as there's also second hand smoke and poorly insulated windows. With smoking present on both sides of the building, theres no opportunity for fresh air at home... you could take a walk to the green though! i had to deal with some broken appliances and half done updates but maintanenc... read more
