This HOA is impossible. Sally is inept, useless and outdated. I highly recommend purchasing, leasing, renting, whatever, anywhere but here. You cannot have anything delivered and when you complain because UPS can't in, you're falsely accused of running a business out of your residence because you receive packages. Really?
