I lived here 6 years with my husband and loved it. The apartments are gorgeous and the grounds are well kept. It is in a safe area and is close to lots of food and shopping. The pool was great for relaxing in the summer and there is even a trail/bike path behind the complex. The management and maintenance were always friendly and helpful. I had so many great memories living here and I would recommend Spinnaker Cove to anyone looking for a nice luxury apartment at a reasonable price.
I loved it here. I lived in my 1 bedroom for almost 3 years and couldn’t have asked for a better location, view of the water and calm place to live while I was going through graduate school! The staff was amazing from day one and always listened to what I needed! Still miss that place! Highly recommend it!

I lived here in a one-bedroom for 6 months then a two- bedroom with my now husband for 2 1/2 years. We loved it here! Nice apartments, great location, and always quick fixes if we needed anything, plus a friendly staff! Happy to have called this place Home for awhile.

The building materials at Spinnaker cove were fabricated from rare minerals excavated from the core of Mount Olympus, the designs were laid out by Zeus himself. The buildings were crafted by authentic stone masons and certified by the church as actual miracles. When the pyramids in Egypt crumble into sand and are lost in time, Spinnaker cove will merely be considered weathered with light wear and tear. In conclusion I give Spinnaker Cove a 5/5 and highly recommend it to anyone who feels worthy of such monumental greatness.
