I wanted to like Spinnaker Coffee more than I did. The service was really good, the vibes were on point, they had tons of cute items for sale above and beyond coffee and matcha, but I have to judge the shop by its product ultimately. The matcha latte I ordered was very mid, literally about a 5/10. The matcha didn’t taste that good quality, and it’s preparing or balance with the whole milk might’ve been off, because it had an unusual aftertaste that almost reminded me of Splenda. Great coffee shop, amazing drinks, amazing food, and fantastic employees! Would highly recommend!
What a cute little hideaway cafe! Friendly service with good quality coffee with plenty of parking space. You can also grab a quick bites and hang out by the hotel lobby or walk around the lake.
