Always a pleasure
I'd rate this business zero stars if that was an option. Upon pulling up to the vehicle door entrance, the attendant made a few very unclear hand motions. After not immediately following his vague directions, he yelled at me. I just wanted to leave after that, but my car was already in cue. Then, both attendants haphazardly bushed and sprayed each side of the vehicle, leaving one side mirror out and purposely striking my doors with the bush handle. There are too many carwashes to put up with rudeness coming from a manager like this! The manager has no understanding of customer service and since he's not the owner he doesn't seem to care about maintaining customers. After the brushes knocked off the lightbar on my Jeep, the owner told me they could hold up the brushes so they wouldn't hit it. I always tipped them for their trouble. DON’T GO HERE! Earlier this month, I paid for their buy 2, get 1 free deal. The machine wasn’t working so the attendant took my $20, scanned a card from his pocket then handed me 2 cards for future washes. I went back yesterday, and both cards had $0 on them. The same attendant was there at the machine and just shrugged at me. Too bad they don’t offer a 0 star review. I got scammed!
The staff here is NOT friendly at all. 10/10 do not recommend!!
